Group Show at the JCC’s Amster Gallery

For the first time in several years, the JCC is delighted to bring a group show back to the Amster Gallery, with the reception taking place on Thursday, September 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. This exhibit will feature the work of seven talented artists across Southeast Michigan who are Jewish and/or have a connection to the Jewish community. Some are returning to our gallery and some are showing their work here for the first time. Come schmooze and have a nosh while exploring the work of these amazing artists. Pieces will be available for purchase.
The artists are: Talia Abrams — Fluorescent and Non-Fluorescent Aquatic Life; Joan Cohen Jones — Watercolors; Deborah Friedman — Abstract Mixed Media; Julie Garvey — Watercolors; Leonore Gerstein — Acrylic Abstract; Carine Lutz — Photography and Origami; Sara Young — 3D Wood Etching and Engraving.
